💃 Děti diktatur je taneční inscenace o životě pod autoritářskými režimy v Latinské Americe.
Syrová výpověď o životě plném strachu, korupce a násilí – ale i nezlomné touze po svobodě a spravedlnosti. Inscenace vychází ze skutečných příběhů těch, kteří vyrůstali v čase diktatury.
🎭 „Jsme chudí ne proto, že bychom si to zvolili, ale protože nám vzali všechno – naši krev, náš dech, naše knihy, naše zdraví. Jsme národ umlčený, ale s vůlí křičet a vyprávět svůj příběh.“
✊ Choreografové Lukas Lizama a Barbara Hernandez zpracovávají téma odporu proti útlaku silou těla a pohybu. Jejich tanec patří všem, kteří trpěli – i těm, kteří přihlíželi.
🌍 I když inscenace vychází z latinskoamerického kontextu, silně rezonuje se zkušeností střední Evropy. Děti diktatur připomínají, že autoritářství nezmizelo – jen změnilo tvář.

Sons of the Dictatorships is a dance performance about life under authoritarian regimes in Latin America.
A raw testimony of a life full of fear, corruption, and violence – but also of an unbreakable longing for freedom and justice. The performance is based on the real stories of those who grew up during times of dictatorship.
🎭 "We are poor, not by choice, but because they have stolen everything – our blood, our breath, our books, our health. We are a people who have been silenced, but with the will to scream and tell our history."
✊ Choreographers Lukas Lizama and Barbara Hernandez explore the theme of resistance through the power of body and movement. Their dance belongs to all who suffered – and to those who watched in silence.
🌍 Although rooted in the Latin American experience, Sons of the Dictatorships strongly resonates with the history of Central Europe. It reminds us that authoritarianism hasn’t disappeared – it has merely changed its face.
